Rohan Kapadia
Registered Physiotherapist
Rohan is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and get back to the activities they love doing, pain-free. Whether it’s playing with your kids or grandchildren, enjoying a long walk, returning to sport, or moving without discomfort at work, he believes recovery is about more than just eliminating pain — it’s about restoring quality of life.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from York University and a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Leeds Beckett University in the UK. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Rohan worked as a kinesiologist, supporting clients of all ages — from seniors looking to move pain free, to competitive athletes— in regaining strength, mobility, and confidence. Rohan has also worked in the Scarborough hospital for 6+ years where he gained experience in working directly with surgeons and post-surgical patients and helping them move better. This range of experience has equipped Rohan to work with people of all ages and create personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Rohan takes a goal-oriented approach to every treatment plan. He combines hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, cupping therapy, and acupuncture/dry-needling with targeted exercise programs to help reduce your pain and move better. He is a firm believer in evidence-based practice, staying up to date with the latest research so every client receives the best, most current care.
Rohan has also taken further specialization courses in Acupuncture & Dry Needling, McKenzie Techniques, Mulligan Mobilizations, Soft Tissue Release – all of which he uses in his treatment techniques to provide the best possible physiotherapy experience.
In his free time, Rohan enjoys weight lifting, playing basketball, or just staying in and watching a good movie.

What sets me apart?
My treatments consist of hands-on manual therapy techniques. Along with specialization courses that I have taken, I have also been trained on advanced physiotherapy techniques to provide you the best pain relief treatment. I believe that manual therapy combined with exercise therapy provides the best results and prevents re-occurrence of pain.
